Not connected bikes

Eyowl is compatible with any bike, even not-connected bikes.
You can manually control your bike thanks to Eyowl’s mixed reality with Quest 2. There’s a reality window into the Eyowl app, just look down to see you real bike ( through the Quest cameras ).

It’s similar to an indoor cycling session in a gym: you manually control your bike to follow the session, no smart connected bike is needed.

Connected bikes

Eyowl supports all the standard Bluetooth protocols for cadence, power and heart rate monitoring.
You can control your bike manually through Eyowl’s mixed reality, and all the data will be monitored and visualized.
If your bike supports the Bluetooth Fitness Machine Service protocol, your bike resistance will be controlled by Eyowl’s app.

Monitoring all your session data into Eyowl is great.
It’s easier to watch your effort zones, monitor your sessions and keep track of your progress.

Heart Rate Monitors

Any bluetooth standard heart rate monitor is compatible with Eyowl.
There are a lot of different brands of heart rate monitors available.
A recommended setup for Eyowl is using a not connected, manual indoor bike in combination with a heart rate monitor band.

Monitoring the heart rate in your session is great.
It’s easier to watch your effort zones and keep track of your progress.

Non-standard, propietary bikes

Some bikes include digital sensors, but don’t implement standard bluetooth protocols for third party apps.
You can manually control this bikes through mixed reality like the “not connected” bikes.
